With three events remaining in the 2024 Toyota GR Cup North America season, Championship leaders Copeland Motorsports head to Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin this weekend. Ready to battle the monstrous 4.048-mile, 14-turn Road America, four drivers will fly the Copeland Motorsports flag as the team looks to add to their already impressive results resume. Additionally, the Road America race weekend will mark the start of the working alliance between Copeland Motorsports and Nitro Motorsports.

The #5 entry of Gresham Wagner will lead the Copeland Motorsports quartet into Wisconsin as his multiple victories have him ahead in the points table. Multi-time podium winner and Toyota driver Westin Workman has pushed Wagner every step of the way as he looks to help keep Copeland Motorsports near perfect in 2024. Race winner and the always-fast Jaxon Bell will look to strengthen his championship position with another strong showing at Road America. One of the fastest females in the country, Mia Lovell, will look to continue her consistent results as all four Copeland Motorsports drivers sit in the top-ten of the championship point standings. Copeland Motorsports is also the current Team Championship point leader.

Announced last week, Copeland Motorsports will begin their trackside alliance with Nitro Motorsports at Road America as the two programs work together to achieve even greater success.

“We have had a ton of success at Road America in several different race programs and will look to keep that success going this weekend,” explained Dean Copeland. “With three events remaining, we want to close out this championship and shift our focus to the 2025 season. It will be great to start our partnership with Nitro Motorsports and see what we can do together now and into the future.”

With a pair of practice sessions on Friday, Saturday will be the home of qualifying one and the first race of the weekend, while Sunday will see the second wheel-to-wheel action of the weekend.
