Copeland Motorsports is preparing for an exciting weekend at Barber Motorsports Park as the Toyota GR Cup North America series enters its sixth event weekend and penultimate rounds of the 2025 season. The team will bring a robust seven-car lineup to the famed Alabama circuit, featuring Jaxon Bell, Max Stallone, Ford Koch, Beltre Curtis, Jensen Sofronas, Jeremy Fletcher, and newcomer Liam Harrison.

With several returning competitors, Harrison will join the team in his professional debut this weekend, coming from a background of SCCA Spec racing. This marks one of the largest and most competitive lineups Copeland Motorsports has fielded in a single event this season, highlighting the depth and talent within the program.

Barber Motorsports Park, often referred to as the “Alabama Rollercoaster,” is a 2.38-mile, 17-turn road course that features many high-speed sections, ensuring that no lap is ever the same and adding an extra layer of challenge to an already competitive Toyota GR Cup field.

“We’re thrilled to bring such a strong group of drivers to Barber this weekend,” said Dean Copeland, Team Owner of Copeland Motorsports. “Each driver in our lineup brings something unique to the team, and this weekend will be a great opportunity for them to continue building their experience and pushing their limits. Barber is a demanding track, and having seven cars in the field allows us to showcase the full strength of our program. We’re aiming for solid finishes across the board and to carry momentum into the season finale.”

Over the course of the season, Copeland Motorsports has emphasized driver development and competitive consistency. Each member of the team has made strides in racecraft, technical feedback, and teamwork, contributing to the overall success of the program. From veterans like Jaxon Bell to rising talents like Jeremy Fletcher, the team’s depth has allowed them to remain a constant presence near the front of the field in multiple rounds this season.

The weekend schedule will begin on Thursday with official testing, giving drivers the chance to dial in their setups and get familiar with the nuances of the “Alabama Rollercoaster.” On Friday, the action continues with two practice sessions, allowing drivers to refine their lines and build confidence for qualifying. Saturday will see qualifying one determine the starting grid for race one, with the first race of the weekend taking place later in the day. Sunday will feature qualifying two followed by the second race, closing out the penultimate round of the season.
