Copeland Motorsports is set to take on the legendary VIRginia International Raceway this weekend for the fourth round of the Toyota GR Cup North America season. At the midpoint of the seven-round championship, the team is poised for a strong performance at one of the most challenging and iconic road courses in North America.

Currently sitting second in the team championship, Copeland Motorsports arrives at VIR with momentum and a packed five-car lineup. Leading the team’s efforts is Jaxon Bell, who holds second place in the drivers’ championship thanks to a consistent front-running season. Joining Bell under the Copeland banner this weekend are returners Beltre Curtis, Ford Koch, and Jenson Sofronas, along with newcomer Max Stallone, who will pilot the #88 machine for his debut outing with the team.

“VIR is one of those classic American tracks that really rewards driver skill and team preparation,” explained Team Owner Dean Copeland. “It’s fast and flowing, but we’re ready for it. We’ve had a strong first half of the season, and with the talent we have across our driver lineup, I’m confident we can keep pushing toward the top of the championship standings.”

VIRginia International Raceway, located just outside Danville, features 17 turns over 3.27 miles of high-speed corners through the rolling hills of Virginia and is a true test for both rookies and seasoned racers alike.

The event weekend will kick off with a series test on Thursday, followed by two official practice sessions on Friday. Saturday features Qualifying 1 and Race 1, while Sunday will close the weekend with Qualifying 2 and Race 2.
