Copeland Motorsports closed out the 2025 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge season on a high note this past weekend at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, claiming a second-place podium finish in the GS class season finale. Piloting the #23 Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2, drivers Ford Koch and Jaxon Bell delivered a standout performance that marked both the team’s and drivers’ first podium in the series.

After qualifying fifth on the grid, Koch and Bell showed impressive pace and teamwork throughout the two-hour race, steadily climbing through the field to secure the runner-up position at the checkered flag. The result capped an impressive three-race stint for the pair, who joined the series late in the season as part of the team’s preparation for a full-season series campaign in 2026.

“This podium is a huge accomplishment for our team and drivers,” expressed Dean Copeland, Team Principal of Copeland Motorsports. “Ford and Jaxon have shown tremendous growth in just three races together. To finish the year with a podium at one of the toughest tracks on the calendar is a testament to their skill and our team’s effort. This gives us great momentum heading into 2026, and we can’t wait for Daytona in three months.”

With their Michelin Pilot Challenge program concluding on a high note, Copeland Motorsports now turns its attention to the Toyota GR Cup season finale at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where the team will field four entries. Returning to the wheel will be Ford Koch and Jaxon Bell, this time competing against each other in separate cars. They’ll be joined by Beltre Curtis and Jeremy Fletcher, fresh off his Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup Championship win at Road Atlanta.

The GR Cup finale weekend will kick off with testing on Wednesday, followed by Practice 1 on Thursday. Practice 2 and Qualifying 1 will take place Friday, with Race 1 on Saturday and Qualifying 2 and Race 2 closing out the weekend on Sunday.
