Throughout his career, Dean has coached, mentored, and supported drivers at every stage of their racing journey. His hands-on approach combines technical expertise, race strategy, and leadership with a genuine passion for helping young drivers reach their full potential.

Whether he’s in the garage, on pit road, or talking through race footage after an event, Dean believes every lap is an opportunity to learn and every driver deserves the tools to succeed.
