Jeremy began karting at four years old, following in his grandfather’s footsteps. As he progressed through the sport, he won championships and major events across the country, including the 2021 SKUSA SuperNationals, where he won both the KA100 Junior and X30 Junior classes on the same day.

That success helped Jeremy make the move into cars and take the next step in his racing career. He went on to win an IMSA Championship in Mazda MX-5 Cup, which opened new opportunities and helped further his development as a driver. Since joining Copeland Motorsports, Jeremy has earned multiple race wins in the SRO GR Cup.

Outside of racing, Jeremy coaches other athletes, plays basketball and spends time in the gym. His goal is to continue developing as a driver and build a successful professional career in motorsports.

Jay Thomas is an 18-year-old driver from Franklin, Tennessee, competing in Toyota GR Cup North America with Copeland Motorsports and the Trans Am TA2 Series with Nitro Motorsports. After getting his start in sim racing at 13, Jay made the jump to live competition in 2026, earning multiple top-10 finishes and Hard Charger Awards in his rookie season. Driven by faith, family, and a “Practice. Perfect. Perform.” mindset, he is working toward a future in NASCAR. Away from the track, Jay enjoys working on cars and spending time wakeboarding, skateboarding, snowboarding, and with family.

Paityn’s interest in motorsports began after attending the Daytona 500, where she decided she wanted to become a professional race car driver. She began racing go-karts locally in Colorado and Phoenix, winning her first championship during her second year before making the move into cars.

Since joining Copeland Motorsports, Paityn has continued to develop as a driver, earning a 12th-place finish at Circuit of the Americas and multiple highest-finishing female driver awards. She also values the welcoming, family-like environment at Copeland and the support it provides both on and off the track.

Outside of racing, Paityn enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She also stays active through training, golfing, water sports, snowboarding and hiking. Her goal is to continue progressing through the sport and build a professional career in motorsports.

Nathan Dupuis is one of motorsports’ rising young talents, combining speed, consistency, composure, and a strong technical understanding of racecraft. Competing across North America, he has earned race wins, podium finishes, and recognition for his ability to adapt quickly and perform in competitive environments.

As part of the Copeland Motorsports driver development program, Nathan continues to refine his skills both on and off the track. With a strong work ethic and clear upward trajectory, he is focused on gaining experience, maximizing every opportunity, and taking the next steps toward a professional career in motorsports.

Niko Colby’s passion for motorsports began at an early age, racing motocross from ages 4 to 8, where he developed the competitive mindset that continues to define his driving today. From ages 9 to 12, he played competitive club baseball before transitioning to racing Mazda MX-5s at 13. Niko quickly established himself at Apex Motor Club, earning multiple race wins and an Apex Championship. When he turned 14, he became eligible for his SRO license and joined Copeland Motorsports to compete in the Toyota GR Cup in the GR86.

Away from the track, Niko is a student from Scottsdale, Arizona, who enjoys taking surf trips with his dad and three brothers whenever he isn’t racing. His goal is to build a professional career in sports car racing and ultimately compete in the world’s most prestigious endurance races, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Rolex 24 at Daytona, and the 12 Hours of Sebring.

Lucas Rowell is a Seattle-area high school student competing in Toyota GR Cup North America with Copeland Motorsports. After growing up sim racing, he began driving on track as soon as he got his permit at 15 and quickly progressed into wheel-to-wheel competition, earning multiple wins in Pacific Northwest club racing. Lucas joined Copeland for its complete driver development program, allowing him to focus on improving every week. Quiet but quick with a joke, he is focused on gaining GT4 seat time, winning races, and ultimately progressing into IMSA competition.

I first got into racing when I was 18 years old at the Skip Barber school and then later the Skip barber racing series. From there, I progressed into GR cup and now GT4 with Copeland. Copeland was the right next step because of their winning resume and their pursuit of championships and race wins. Outside of the race car I enjoy hanging out with my friends and playing golf or other sports. My goal in the next stage of racing is to win at each level and compete for championships.

Jaxon Bell began racing at 18 through the Skip Barber Racing School before competing in the Skip Barber Race Series. From there, he progressed into GR Cup and now GT4 competition with Copeland Motorsports. Drawn to Copeland’s winning track record and championship-focused approach, Jaxon continues to push toward the next level of his racing career. His goal is simple: win races, compete for championships, and keep progressing through the sport. Away from the track, Jaxon enjoys spending time with friends, playing golf, and staying active through other sports.
